A Health Discovery Call is a personalized session with a licensed Health Professional designed to help you understand your current health status, address any pressing health concerns, and receive expert guidance on your next steps. During the session, the Health Professional may recommend lifestyle changes, health screenings, or further consultations—and if necessary, refer you to a specialist for more in-depth evaluation or treatment.

On a health discovery call, the health professional offers clinical insights and guidance, the session is meant for discovery and direction-setting while an expert consultation is a full diagnosis involving a treatment plan.

A Health Discovery Call costs ₦5,000 where we offer access to expert medical guidance tailored to your needs. An Expert Consultation starts from ₦25,000.

You’ll be asked questions about your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and any specific concerns. Based on this, the Health Professional will offer guidance and may recommend a health screening, medications, or further consultation if needed. No extensive prep is needed. However, having your basic health history, a list of medications (if any), and specific concerns ready will make the session more productive.

Yes. All sessions are confidential and your data is handled securely in accordance with the medical privacy regulations.

Sessions can be booked directly via our website. You’ll select your preferred consultation format (video or in-app chat), make your payment, and then choose from available time slots.

For Health Discovery Calls: You are allowed one (1) complimentary reschedule if you miss your session. This must be requested within 24 hours of the missed appointment, and the rescheduled session must be completed within 14 days. For Specialist Consultations: Missed appointments are considered forfeited. Due to the limited availability of our specialists, we are unable to offer reschedules or refunds for missed or cancelled sessions.
